We’re not sure how it happened, but we’re officially half way through the year. Crazy, right? Panicking about not making the most of 2017? Don’t sweat it – you’ve got another six months to fill your diary and lucky for you, we got in touch with DesignMyNight for London’s must-visit events in June so you can get started right away.

The Blitz Party D-Day Special

Don your best 1940’s attire and get a ticket to The Blitz D-Day Special for an unforgettable night of twists and turns. Set back in the days of WWII, you’ll have to carry out a mission to engage with spies and overthrow the enemy. Once you’ve successfully completed your task, you’ll be taken to a secret air-raid shelter party. Just make sure you wear your dancing shoes – a live band will be playing some 40’s classics with some modern favourites thrown into the mix, too.

Bottomless Brunch at Brixton Beach

Brixton Beach are back with a vengeance this year. This time round they have a killer DJ lineup and Ministry of Sound fitness classes, but more importantly – they’re hosting a weekly bottomless brunch. Choose from fried chicken and waffles, stone baked pizza or a tasty veggie option, and get ready for two hours of non-stop frozen cocktails, beer and prosecco.

The BBQ Club

We’re all guilty of firing up a BBQ and crucifying every single item that hits the grill. Avoid disappointment (and burnt food) this summer and head for The BBQ Club. This pop-up supper club has stunning views of the Thames and six wonderful courses, from hand-dived scallops to marshmallow stuffed ‘smores to choose from.

Thames Lates

If you’re after a thrilling experience in London, Thames Lates has everything you’re looking for. Hop aboard their speedboat and get ready to cruise down the Thames to a booming soundtrack. Hold on tight and get ready for a 50 minute journey past London’s iconic landmarks. When sunset hits and Tower Bridge comes into view, you’ll be treated to a Southern Fairy cocktail from award-winning bar, London Cocktail Club.

London Wine Week

There’s a seven day wine festival coming to London in June and it’s a fantastic opportunity to get to grapes (sorry, not sorry) with vintage wines across the globe. Partnering up with over 100 bars across the city, you’ll have the opportunity to sample flights that include three different wines for just £5. Grab a £10 ticket and learn all there is to know about your favourite tipple.

Reverb at The Roof Gardens

There’s a festival taking place at The Roof Gardens this month and the headliner is no other than RAYE – the artists behind Jax Jones’ single ‘You Don’t Know Me’. Wander around the venue’s beautiful gardens, keep an eye out for the roaming flamingos, and make the most of this day festival in the sky.

Disco Yoga

Grab your spandex and get ready for the best yoga session of your life. Taking place in Shoreditch hotspot Trapeze, Disco Yoga will help you shake off any weekday stress with their quirky yoga workout. Lasting for an hour, you’ll be doing downward dog to an 80’s-inspired playlist and once you’ve finished, hit the bar for a complimentary superfood cocktail or, if you wanna miss the hard stuff – a mocktail.

Eat Grub

After pop-up success back in 2014, Eat Grub are back. They now have a permanent monthly residency, but be warned, this supperclub is not for the faint-hearted. You’ll be tucking your knife and fork into five courses of – wait for it – insects. Although it might sound a little daunting, each dish will be infused with Thai street food flavours, so you can bank on flavoursome mouthfuls. They’ll also have a mixologist on board whipping up some insect-based cocktails to help you wash everything down.

The Big London Bake

Last year we were hit with the news that Mary Berry was leaving The Great British Bake Off. Though many of us are still not over it, you can do our national treasure proud at London’s newest pop-up – The Big London Bake. Just like the TV show, you’ll be set in a massive marquee and you’ll have 90 minutes on the clock to whisk up something incredible. Bake it ‘til you make it, guys.
