We’ve watched this one more times than we can even remember, amiright? The 1987 iconic film may have been a lil’ bit before our time but that didn’t stop us from becoming true Dirty Dancing fans and attempting to release our inner Baby Houseman whilst swooning over Johnny. With the 30th anniversary on its way this month, there’s never been more of a sign to have the time of our lives!
We never thought we’d have the chance to actually EAT, SLEEP AND BREATHE in the same resort that Dirty Dancing was filmed in – how is this the first we’ve heard of it?! Although in the story the film is set in the Catskill Mountains in New York state, the real resort is in Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains.
If this wasn’t good enough, the resort actually hosts Dirty Dancing-themed weekends with dance lessons, location tours and film screenings – is this what dreams are made of?
