Jose is a 16 year old vegan with an Instagram feed TO DIE FOR. The dreamy pastel looking smoothie bowls, ice lollies and milkshakes she creates are all vegan… yep, you heard right. We are srsly considering waving goodbye to all the junk food and living the healthy life if it looks ANYTHING like this!
