March into Spring and bloom like the daffodils that seem to be sprouting up e v e r y w h e r e with these insider tips and tricks to make this month your best…

1. Spring clean your wardrobe

The countdown to Spring is THE best time to have a clear out and clean as it means less time sorting things out in the coming weeks when the sun is actually (maybe) shining outside. Start ridding your wardrobe of any unworn or outdated items, set yourself a budget and give your Spring ‘drobe a new lease of life!

2. St Patrick’s Day

Paddy’s Day hits us on 17th March and yay to it finally rolling around again on a Friday night. No desktop hangover cries over here! Try your luck at your local casino and see if you can win a pot of your own gold or dress yourself in your most babein outfit and enjoy a tipple or two whilst dancing the night away with your best pals.

3. Earth Hour

If you’ve been trying to ‘switch off’ from the technology surrounding us recently, make the most of WWF’s annual Earth Hour on 25th March at 8:30pm. Switch off your lights and all other pieces of tech for one hour. Cue the candles <3 

4. Light nights

Daylight Saving Time starts on 29th March, I repeat, Daylight Saving Time starts on 29th March. Hello to getting home from work and actually still experiencing daylight. Double hello to not having to wear 27 layers to keep you warm.

5. Give something up

I’m an official chocoholic and must admit I’m partial to a secret Lindor for breakfast every once in a while…Which is why for some reason I decided it would be a good idea for me to completely give up chocolate for the month of March. As well as obviously being good for my health, I love setting myself these little sorts of challenges every once in a while to make me step out of my comfort zone. 

After all, we don’t grow when things are easy, we grow when we face challenges?
