Thou shalt always “pretend” to turn up the spin dial…

Put that drama GCSE to good use, girl.

 

Thou shalt make a specific gym playlist…


And dance like nobody’s watching.

Thou shalt sign up to a PT…

 Just because he’s kinda fit. (We said kind of.)

 

Thou shalt always shame your workout wife when she bails…
