I’m beauty, fashion and lifestyle blogger, Sophie Hannah Richardson and I recently got my first puppy, Luna. I’d wanted a dog for so long but I knew it wasn’t right for me whilst living in London and working full time. A dog needs a lot of daily love and attention, so when I left my job to become a full time blogger, I knew that was the right time to get one. 

 Luna is a French Bulldog puppy who’s 4 months old and she is the cutest! Working at home everyday on your own can get lonely at times, but having Luna around means I’ve always got someone there. It’s also really helped having her around because it gives me an excuse to get up and step away from my computer. It can often be hard to switch off when you’re working in the comfort of your own home. 

Not only that, but having a dog gives you daily motivation. A dog makes you get up in the morning, they make you get out of the house, even if you don’t really fancy it. And if my work gets a little stressful, I know I have Luna’s little face to look at and she will instantly cheer me up.

When I’m not working from home, I’m out and about at shoots or in London. Some people might think that could be difficult with a dog but with Luna I’m lucky as she is very well behaved and loves meeting new people so I just bring her along with me. Sometimes she even gets involved with a bit of modelling!

She’s such a big part of my life and I couldn’t be happier about it!
