In need of new date night ideas? Or stuff to do with the squad? We’ve got you girl. Here are five things to do in Manchester that are anything but mundane.

1. 20/22

Where? 20 Dale Street
Fancy your chances at Ping Pong? Then 20/22 on Dale Street in the centre is the perf place to get practising. On Monday’s it’s free, on Thursday’s if you go against the bartender and win, you get a free round, and at the weekend this place comes alive with DJs and beer pong too.

2. Junkyard Golf

Where? 1 First Street

It’s mini golf but not as you know it. With puns round every corner, themed courses, neon lights, slides and bars halfway round to quench your thirst, it’s basically Friday night under one roof. There’s three courses to choose from and you can treat yo’self to some pre-game snacks. Think nachos and hot dogs and cute AF cocktails.

3. Flip Out

Where? Sport City
Just out of the city is the newly opened Flip Out trampoline just behind The Etihad Stadium. It’s got trampolines, a mini ninja warrior course, laser rooms, a slide which even I’m too scared to try and other activities to get stuck into. Perf for a rainy day.

4. Dogbowl

Where? Whitworth Street
Wanna get your bowl on? Score a strike at Dogbowl in the Oxford Road district of the city. They offer breakfast if you’ve got a heavy head from the night before and the intimate setting is great for a date or with the gals.

5. Inflata Nation

Where? Trafford Park
Basically an adult bouncy castle. New to the Manchester scene too, located in Trafford Park, it’s the UK’s first inflatable theme park and has ball pits, slides and challenges to have fun with.
