After announcing that she’s releasing her last album A.I.M on 9 September, Mathangi ‘Maya’ Arulpragasm aka M.I.A dropped her latest track Go Off on Annie Mac’s show last night.
Produced by Skrillex and Blaqstarr, Go Off features the kind of synthy, bass-driven beats you’d expect from Skrilly and is (apparently) her ‘cleanest’ material yet.
Never one to shy away from speaking her mind, M.I.A said she wanted to “make a video without human beings” because she’s “sick of human beings” right now.
The video has already clocked up over 30k views in less than 24hours. Watch and listen below…
