After National Afternoon Tea Week and having sought out London and Manchester’s tea hotspots, we got major FOMO and thought it would be rude not to get involved and start the scoffing ourselves!

We went for the ultimate fashionista’s afternoon tea or ‘Pret a Portea’ as it’s called, at the Berkeley Hotel, London. Our mega babe squad consisted of Sophie Hannah Richardson, Amy Valentine, Laila Loves, and Yasmin Swan. Together we took to the challenge of eating as many fashion inspired cakes as we could, and well, to be perfectly honest it really wasn’t that much of a challenge!

Each cake was inspired by different themes and colours from iconic collections within the fashion world. It changes according to each season and this time it was the Spring Summer 16 collections of Stella McCartney, Christopher Kane, Prada, and Balmain to name a few.

What better way to spend the afternoon than calling each other darling, sipping on some bubbly and biting into a biscuit version of Blahnik’s latest stiletto?

And if you’re too stuffed half way through you can have your left over cakes packaged up in a dead chic fluorescent ‘Pret a Portea’ handbag. 

Will we return? Most definitely!
