They say New York is the city that never sleeps and while I agree, I also found it’s the city of AMAZING eats!

The minute the flights were booked, my IG feed was soon inundated with NYC eateries that piled on the calories just looking at the photos. I thought I loved food before I went to New York but I didn’t quite realise just how much until my trip to the Big Apple.

Another breakfast fave, this time I had waffles. ‘Punkin waffles’ to be exact with appled butter, dried cranberries, toasted cinnamon-cardamom pecans and warm baked apples ft. an emoji coffee mug.

In case you haven’t already noticed, I have a huge sweet tooth so I decided to end the trip on a savory note. Shake Shack NYC is an obligatory meal. Melted cheese fries. Thick ice-cream shakes. Juicy steak burgers. Dare I say they should change the name to ‘sin shack’ #thursdaythought
