We recently jetted off to Fiji with our squad of boohoo babes to escape to the sun with Boohoo In Paradise. While we count down to warmer climes, we caught up with boohoo babe Amelia Marni to talk all things vacays and get in the mood for those long awaited summer days.

What’s your typical holiday style?

I think to put a term on it “resort chic bohemian?!” Haha. I love wearing mesh/crochet and minimal clothing while I’m away on holiday. Channeling “tropical” vibes I guess 😂

What’s on your list of packing essentials?

Bikinis, a large netted beach bag, sarongs or wrap skirts, beach pants or cover ups, gold jewellery.

What about beauty? What beauty products are essential to have?

Face oil-free sunscreen, moisturiser, serums, tinted lip balm, blushes, highlighter and a glowy setting spray.

How do you keep your skin looking fresh when travelling?

Drinking lot’s of water and using serums.

What do you always have in your hand luggage?

ALL of my makeup – I have always done this because if my luggage was lost I would be so heart broken! Also my laptop, a jumper, wet wipes, deodorant, perfume, toothbrush and mini toothpaste. 

What’s the first thing you like to do on holiday?

GO GET FOOD ASAP! And then straight to the beach or somewhere for a swim. 

What’s your dream holiday destination?

My dream holiday is to go back to Greece, but with my boyfriend this time! Mykonos, Santorini…. And just relax and explore.

What songs are on your poolside playlist?

Anything by Masego, Jorja Smith and Mahalia.

Beach.
