Nestled on Australia’s Gold Coast, aptly on Mermaid Beach, the bakehouse serve up a one of a kind killer creation: the mermaid croissant. A twist on their classic serving, it’s filled with fluffy cotton candy chantilly cream and finished with glittery toppings. Basically every gal’s dream.

The catch? Due to the pastry’s popularity – you have to pre-order as this delish dish takes three days to make and bake.
