Ingredients
• 3 cups of flour
• 1/3 cup of sugar
• 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 3/4 teaspoon of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
• 170g of unsalted butter
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 teaspoon of greek yogurt
• 1 cup of dried cranberries
• Cinnamon for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F.
2. Combine the dry ingredients into a bowl. Cut in the butter, rubbing it into the flour with your fingertips. Stir in the milk and yogurt until the dough just comes together. And lastly, fold in your cranberries.
3. Lightly flour your work surface and turn out the dough. Roll it out to about 1/2 an inch thick and then stamp out your scones. Put them on an ungreased baking tray and very lightly sprinkle the tops with cinnamon.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
