Spring and pastels go hand-in-hand and your ‘drobe just isn’t complete without some pastel hues. Whether that makes you do a happy dance or the mother of all eye-rolls, we’ve got you covered.

Here are five ways you can work pastels into your ‘drobe (without looking like there’s been an explosion in a candyfloss factory)

1. The Dress

With the weather warming up and summer (kind of) on the horizon, you’re probably already thinking of all the dresses you can add to your wishlist.

Throw on a biker and ankle boots, and you’ve got a sassy spring outfit that’s definitely worthy of the ‘gram.

2. The Culottes

If you add one item to your wardrobe this spring, it *needs* to be a pair of pastel culottes. They’re stylish, sassy, and the perfect desk-to-drinks look. What’s more, they suit all body types and look killer with a pair of strappy sandals.

Team with a crop top, body, shirt, a lightweight knit…the possibilities are endless.

3. The Jacket

If you’re not crazy about sugary-sweet hues, the pastel jacket is the perfect nod to the trend. Teamed with an all-black outfit, it’s instantly toughened up; thrown on over your shoulders (a la fashion week) and you’ve got that Insta-girl cool thang going on.

4. The Mule

Mules are having a moment right now so what better way to wear them than by mixing them with the pastel trend. Weather you go heeled, flat, or backless, there are mules to suit every outfit – and, rejoice, mules in a rainbow of pastel shades. Think powder blue, blush pink, and soft lilacs.

So there you have it! Add some pastel perfection to your ‘drobe this spring!
