Frills were in fine form on the catwalk for SS16, and this year they’re big… literally! Combining delicacy and drama in sheer tiers and volumous structure, think less princess more girl power in a retro glam take on ruffles.
Temperley London kept the frills bold but simple, adding accents to an already heavily embroidered dress; whereas Micheal Kors went for an all-over effect, combining tiers and applique in a much more detailed design.

Originally from Greenville, North Carolina, this boohoo gal had a short trip from her current home in Harlem to join us at our #allgirls photo shoot in NYC! We caught up with her to ask a few questions about her boohoo experience and what girl power means to her.
This year marks the tenth anniversary of Outside Lands in San Francisco, so naturally along with Lorde, Solange and Tove Lo (to name a few) boohoo decided we wanted in on the action!
