Was not impressed at all!!!!!! Never had a problem before but Friday was a joke we arrived at 8 was not asked for I'd at half 8 another person from our party showed up and they wouldn't let them in. We spoke to the bouncers who then started to recorded us as they said we had threaten them all that was said was that there was under age ppl inside and they wouldn't let my friend in who was 32 and had I'd. Would not be going back there because of the rudeness from staff plus we was ok to take money from for an hour then we had to leave still having drinks on the table. I wouldn't mind we was a group of two couples just enjoying a drink or 2, but yet girls who was very drunk by half 8 staggering in and out for fags was allowed in not to mention the amount of people in and out of the toilets doing cocaine. For that reason and the rudeness of bouncers and manager I will not be returning ever!!!.and I don't know why one star is coloured as I wouldn't even rate it a one. visited Be At One Camden on 19 May 2017

Surprisingly dissapointing! The reason for booking a party at be at one was how friendly and great their staff are, always a party atmosphere however the staff on 6th May were terrible, the service was the slowest I've ever seen in any be at one, took a long time to find our bar tab, one of the servers passed a drinks order to another who just put the glasses away and took 20 mins to get the drinks, a rather aggressive and rude barman, claimed the bar tab (given for that day) couldn't be used on weekends. I love the chain so will go back in small groups, but would never hold an event there again and I'd say others should be wary, highly disappointed. visited Be At One Camden on 06 May 2017

We had requested and expected a booth for 18 people but what we had was bench seating for 4 and 2 round tables to stand round in the approach to the bar which was not that comfortable and lots of the group had to stand away from the party as there was no space for us all or even for the drinks to be put on the table. It was as advised when I booked a 50th birthday and so a very special celebration and so this was disappointing. Alex the manager was helpful but said he didn't have anything else to offer us but because we spent time with him trying to sort this out we missed Happy Hour which was again not what we had planned and the evening was therefore much more expensive than planned although Alex kindly sanctioned the birthday guest to have the drinks she had ordered 2 for 1 first round which was kind but didn't help the other 17 guests . Jack the barman was great and really helpful and we did enjoy the evening as the atmosphere , music and staff were great but we couldn't all join in together and the drinks bill was double our plan :( visited Be At One Camden on 06 May 2017

Atmosphere was amazing bar staff were very engaging friendly and totally livened up the place Such a spacious venue and I felt immersed in such an incredible party experience The only downside I experienced is sometimes I think the bar staff take too many orders at once, therefore what is a way of trying to streamline the process to please every customer can in essence have counter effects to what you intend. Be At One is always a great night out, and my Friday night booking was no exception! The drinks were lovely, the vibe was fun and the music was incredible. Cocktails were fabulous. A lovely friendly bar with really nice staff. As a first timer I was really impressed and would highly recommend. Cocktails can usually take a long time to prepare but clearly the staff are well trained and efficient so you don't wait too long. Had booked for a lzrge group of us to go after work, booking was fine and simple. However, upon arrival we had been designated two very small tables as apparently they were full that evening and I should have been made aware by one of the members of staff (I wasn't). Organised New Years last minute and received excellent friendly service on the phone however was abit let down when I arrived because they didn't know what I was talking about or any of the information I was told on the phone after ten minutes off explaining about two for one wristbands I was finally given what I was promised. But apart from that excellent night fantastic cocktails and even better atmosphere! Loved the idea about the bar credit and have been telling all my friends and family who want to give you a try on New Year's Eve too! Be At one were mostly on form on Tuesday, with friendly staff and great drinks. The only thing not so great- was that having prebooked a table, it wasn't ready. Having been to a number of Be At One bars I know that tables are usually reserved a number of hours before arrival, so ti find that wasnt tha case for me, I was surprised and saddened by this. Further to my visit on Saturday 3rd December, I would like to say how incredibly disappointed I was to arrive at 7pm to be told they had not been informed of my change of timing that was confirmed and the table would not be free until 8pm. I was offered a free round of drinks which clearly was not adequate for over 11 people there at the time for an unnecessary hours wait. As I booked off the back of the promotional email offering a £25 drink voucher I was also shocked to be told by the bar that my drinks tab was only £50 and not £75 as confirmed with the girl on the phone when paying the £50 deposit. I have also been informed that a friend bought me a bottle of drink that was left with the bouncers which I was not given at the end of the night despite standing in front of them at the main door outside for over 10 minutes whilst waiting for my taxi. Booked a table for nine people for work do for last friday..upon arrival we was taken and left at the smallest table I have ever seen, barely big enough for 3 people. When I questioned staff as to why we had been not given a table big enough for the number of people in which we booked for (which is what you expect from an establishment when asked a specific number of people who will be attending), i was told 'we are very busy' ' we would have told you before hand'..sorry but at no point of booking was I told that our table would only fit not even a quarter of our party. And despite the fact it might have been busy ( it wasnt when we arrived) you was still given a week and half in advance to reserve a table fit for this party and if it was already booked up we should have been told prior to our arrival. Really badly dealt with staff member was rude. Was a foriegn guy. I advise you to revise on your booking methods- and try to understand how to run a 'busy' establishment properly.
