Federica and Manuel were consummate hosts, and I couldn't have asked for more. Federica reached out to me quickly after I had completed my booking of the place, asking for arrival details at Roma's termini station so that they could arrange to pick us up. Upon arrival, Manuel brought us around the block and showed us various points of interests as well as facilities which we might use - (including the laundromat and supermarket which are in close proximity). The place was central, with the Colosseum only a short 10 minute walk away. Manuel also provided a map of the city, and pointed out various points of interests and how to get there as well. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay, and I highly recommend Federica and Manuel's place. I know I would definitely stay again if the place is available on my next visit to Rome!

The flat was perfect. Clean well kept and in a great location for seeing sights around the forum and close to the metro for sights farther out. Manuel is really there to help with everything. Don't hesitate to rent this room.

Federica is amazing. She picked us up from the train station, showed us around the neighborhood, best places to eat, and where the metro was. They also offered to take us to the airport when we left! The apartment is so nice. It's more like a hotel since the lines get refreshed. The voucher for cappuccino and croissant in the morning is so great. The apartment is walking distance to the Colosseum and in a nice location to hop on the metro to see other sights in Rome. Could not recommend this place more!

This accommodation is definitely a good choice! The owners are very friendly and service-minded. They really make a difference, giving us lots of tips for restaurants, places to go and most important opening the door to their wonderful apartment to guests like us. It's all very elegant and comfortable. You won't regret it!

Our stay at "Room with a view 105" was absolutely wonderful. The room is very nice and clean with a beautiful view and has a modern and private bathroom. The hosts, who were very kind, provided us with a lot of helpful information and picked us up at Termini to give us a quick tour in the neighbourhood. They even called some restaurants to book a table. If we ever come back to Rome we'll definitely go back to this place.
