The Roof Gardens is London's very first rooftop bar and club and is as glamorous as it comes. For anyone looking to party in style and wanting a memorable night out in London then The Roof Gardens is a must visit. 

A haven of style and relaxed glamour, with its opulent cocktail bar and spacious dance floor which complements its VIP area for those seeking the ultimate in privacy! The Roof Gardens has it's own destination rooftop bar with its very own gardens and clubs and views over London. Perfect for alfresco drinking and summer nights, as well as their live music nights in the winter, and late-night clubbing. 

With the The Roof Garden staying open all night with BBQs keeping the hunger at bay, and a glamorous night club for the party crowd later on with DJs playing classics, current pop hits, mash ups and remixes of the big party tunes. Avoid the crowds and book a 'Pre-Club Party' between 7pm and 10pm on a Friday or Saturday night, then dance the night away til 2am.

You can also hire The Club and stunning The Roof Gardens exclusively for up to 400 guests or host an intimate party in the Silver Bar or Spanish Hideaway for up to 40. Open Friday and Saturday nights between 10pm and 2am. Guest list is essential for entrance so make a booking above to visit this very special club in London.

Overall, we were very pleased with our corporate summer party. On the positive side: location and setting is stunning, the range of BBQ food was excellent and the live music was entertaining. On the negative side: We waited 50 mins for our starter under the proviso that it could not be served until drinks were on the table. Service was very slow and didn't warrant the 12.5% optional service charge. Despite giving details of guests names and their dietary requirements in advance, there were few vegetarian options and no alternative bread without nuts/seeds. No specially selected "Roof Gardens" cocktail on arrival - only one option of prosecco. The optional service charge also applied to drinks in the nightclub - despite having to wait and order our own drinks at the bar. We felt that the service charge should only be applied for table service! visited The Roof Gardens on 16 Jun 2017

The night in the club with friends was amazing. Natalie which was our designed host for the evening was a star. Made my night of organising seem like nothing. She took over listened to instructions and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Great music. Xxxx visited The Roof Gardens on 17 Jun 2017

The BBQ was amazing. Food was delicious The waiter that was assigned to my table was fabulous made it easy to have fun Paulo brilliant. The only thing I'd change would be on entering for reception drinks I would have had a few more waiters serving the complimentary drinks. Was a bit of a queue. visited The Roof Gardens on 17 Jun 2017

Overall great space, choice of drinks and food. Also different ambients, lots of places to sit and rest and have a chat and quite spacious. You will not feel jammed or pushed inside. The club music on Saturday was absolutely awful - definitely not mainstream or commercial chart hits. The gardens are nice, but the highlight to my visit was the BBQ that was open until 1.30am. Good quality food and friendly chefs. Such a disappointment - I am honestly relieved that I didn't pay for entry visited The Roof Gardens on 17 Jun 2017

We couldn't get in. What is the point of having a list if everyone is on the list and there is a massive queue? Very disappointing. I booked it as I had all my friends with me.that night, we were all outside (12 people) and we decided to go somewhere else. I recently visited the roof top gardens as I organised a 30th Birthday celebration for my fiancé and the night couldn't have been any better. Every aspect of the night was absolutely amazing. We began with the roof top BBQ which was well organised and the food was amazing. We then also had a VIP table which comes with bottle service and your own personal waitress who caters to your every need. The whole place was amazing with a great vibe and we were treated like royalty. I am so glad I choose here to celebrate an important milestone. I had a very poor experience overall. Portions of my poor experience were possibly related to my preferences, but others were not. My main comparisons were bottle service evenings in large North American clubs. The bottle service here was not worth the money. Our server seemed to be too busy to check on us often, was dancing on the dance floor at times, and had communication issues as I was told the tip was included in the minimum spend initially, but this offer was retracted at the end of our night. I will say that when she interacted with us she was very polite. The music basically ruined my night. The DJ went from playing house music that was very poorly chosen in my opinion, to top 40 club music that was VERY outdated , and literally 6 Sean Paul songs in 30 minutes. On top of that, there was a saxophone player that I initially thought was a cool touch, but turns out, 3 hours into a night, he just made every song sound the same by playing over it with his saxophone. I was very surprised to have this type of experience when I was told this was the most popular club, and the massive line outside confirmed this. I wonder if the quality has gone down as their popularity no longer requires much effort to pack the place. Overall I would not recommend this club based on the evening I had. visited The Roof Gardens on 26 May 2017

The music and venue was great, however, we were very disappointed to have waited around 1 and a half hours to get in when we had booked a 10.45pm guest list slot and were on time for our booking! There was about 10 people in front of us when we arrived and it took all that time to let us in. We were also not prepared to pay a 12.5% discretionary service charge for our drinks when we had to que for over 10 mins to get our drinks with no special service involved. That was no different to any other busy nightclub. These two things really let the place down unfortunately as the music was incredible once we were inside. visited The Roof Gardens on 06 May 2017

Got outside less than an hour of the club opening and there was a long que. even tho we had confirmation of being put on a guest list we were told you still have to que and will not be guaranteed entry- so not sure what was the point of emailing to be on a guest list. When I asked the door man how long the que would be he said they were at maximum capacity and if he was me he wouldn't waste the night as it was one in one out and told us to go elsewhere. our experience for the prince night started off great. we had booked a table for a group of 12 and our waitress was awesome! the band was fanatstic, however once the band finished the dancefloor opened up and many people had left so we headed to the dancefloor and proceeded to enjoy the rest of the evening. however this is where it turned into a drama. One of my guests was dancing to one of his favorite prince tunes, when the security threatened to chuck him out. i went over to query what was going on, then the security tried to chuck me out (female door supervisor was very rude and had a chip on her shoulder). i was then taken by 3 doorman round the back (slightly intimidating) but i went. I asked to be explained why the security staff were so rude, no explanation, asked to speak to a manager about this and no-one was available to comment. We paid our table bill and left. I was disappointed with how we were treated and will be wary about booking here again! the security staff left a very sour taste in our mouth! visited The Roof Gardens on 21 Apr 2017

Music wasn't great, crowd were very bland, lacked culture and diversity (lots of plain carols and beckys) and the agreed table spend wasn't adhered to therefore my party had to pay a great deal more. Ps I visited on Saturday 22 April 2017 so this is a very recent experience. After speaking to many people they have also experienced the same - overall the nights out are very ummm Vanilla if you like. I give it a minus star if possible. Went for afternoon tea. Location is amazing and food was great....when we finally got it. Terrible service though and we had to wait for ages to get our sandwiches, then the tea didn't arrive until we'd eaten half of them. After finishing the sandwiches we were left sitting with the empty plates for 30 min before they were cleared, then had to wait again for the cakes. The table near us complained and left without eating anything, then a senior member of staff came and apologised to the other tables but completely ignored us. Make sure you have nothing else to do and you are willing to wait a very long time for service if you go here.

Hey. We (my partner and i) came for the Egg Hunt event yesterday, which was a total waste of our money and time. And that too on a Friday evening. We left just after an hour or so. The organisers were no professionals. Every guest meant to receive a welcome drink ...At least per other guests over there. But we got told that you have to earn them after finding the eggs. Its lil unfair to know that other people were allowed but we. Anyway, after finding a whole box of eggs we went to the bar to claim our drinks. The box just gave the instructions: where will you get your sex on the beach. When we came to the bar the "organiser" just grabbed the box away from me without even introducing herself and gave it around her friends group who "stole" some eggs from the box. I kindly reminded her to pass me the box back but she kept on holding it ( still i didn't know she has some role in organising all that) She literally snatched the box away from me and took it outside in the garden while saying you are not allowed to take the whole box. I mean there weren't any instructions as such... Till now i am not too sure who that person was and who gave her the right to behave like that. i was extremely disappointed with my visit on saturday night. i received a confirmation email for the complimentary guest list from you and was then told myself and my partner were not allowed in without ID. In your email you mentioned nothing about bringing ID, so there was a lack of information on your part and we were left disappointed. I would like to attend again at some point and am now aware that i have to produce ID, but would have liked to have been given this information with your invitation email. Just to clarify, we do operate a strict ID policy whereby guests of all ages (though of course you do have to be over 21 to visit us) hoping to visit the Club are required to show a valid passport or driver’s license. We do advise all guests of this on our website and when they make a booking with us, so I was sorry to hear that you were not aware that valid photo ID would be a condition of entry. Liked the venue, a lot!!! Nice VIP areas, dance floor, gardens, bar area, etc. We had a great celebration and stayed until closing time! Music on the night was a bit self-similar and boring at times though, which we found disappointing given the reputation of the venue. Dress code says no trainers, but we did spot at least one lady in white adidas trainers. Double standards?! Most importantly, I'd gratefully appreciate it if the venue would cover the dry cleaning fee of my designer dress, as our waitress accidentally spilled cocktail on it :( She was lovely otherwise, only pouring skills were a bit substandard. visited The Roof Gardens on 25 Mar 2017

The food was very good, although service was very slow. We were also disappointed that this meant that we were unable to use the club after our meal. We decided that the potential clientele at the club were rather too inebriated by this stage and the music was not too our taste. The place was good and the music is good as well. However the quality of people should be improved and scrutinised. For instance, we bumped into a group of guys who were film producers (Blue film as they clearly said) and they were groping girls in the garden area and were trying to make illegal and dirty videos. We did not feel safe in that place and we had to leave soon. So I will think twice before recommending this place to anyone as it is not safe for girls to be surrounded such people!! And I believed that roof gardens happens to be a place of sophistication and class however I was disappointed with the quality of people!! visited The Roof Gardens on 04 Mar 2017

The place is beautiful , no doubt about that, and if you are coming with your girlfriend, it's one of the best places to go to. But we were 3-4 young guys and the crowd was mostly 30-35+ So we missed the intensity & probability of hooking up with someone lol . I will come back surely but only with my girl . We had a fantastic time the atmosphere was divine the gardens is beautiful the security staff was friendly spot on we felt safe the bar staff was so nice. Stood out the front with my wife for 45 Mins in a huge que that didn’t seem to move then decided we didn’t want to spend out Friday night on the pavement. @ Roof Garden Please make a note when booking the guest list of how long the que is. I know it's just me... I went here over 20 years ago & this was my first time back... I sort of felt like I was back at school, or in a swimming pool 'No running' 'No diving' No bombing' 'No necking' & no 'Enjoying yourself'... Of course, I had stupid heels on and whilst I was on the guest list there was no where for me to sit down, yes, it happens to everyone, when you're over 40 you need to have some sort of rest byte... I was told off by the bouncers because I sat on the back of a chair that was linked to the VIP area that I couldn't sit there, fair point, I then took my shoes off to the dismay of the bouncers, telling me I could cut my feet, I guessed that... Couldn't help that health & safety had gone into over drive within the last 20 years. There was too many rules for my liking, I could of got into the US easier without a passport!! The drinks were on the pricey side, a bottle of beer & a brandy & coke was £11. So, I purchased a bottle of champagne which on the menu was £54 but then charged me a service charge of a tenner!!! Still cheaper than £11 a round. The DJ was OK, playing the bongos, for a moment I thought I was in a 'Kevin & Perry' movie, however, I didn't know half of the music, I guess that's because I'm over 40 but hey, I listen to R1!!! It was a good night to be fair, but couldn't help but notice it was really busy at one point and then was not soooo busy after 12. It seems that this is the place to be seen but can't stand the duration of the evening as it's full of wanna be's.... & too pricey for most... Lisa visited The Roof Gardens on 11 Feb 2017

We all had a excellent night at the Roof Gardens. I am glad I hired The Moo Room as it was a perfect location for our party and the waitress was on top form and looked after us well. Hi. We had a good night but consider that your website does not give enough information about the events. I had no idea when the live music started. the ticket only said from 7pm until 2am. I searched on the website Saturday morning and the event wasn't even shown. I missed some of the live music because of this. Also, I didn't know which DJ was playing in the Club and what sort of music. This information could be put on the website too. The que outside is ridiculous, we arrived early at or around 10.15pm and got inside for 11.30pm. My date was with me and it was rather awkward standing in silence waiting to be let inside the venue as we both were 100% sober. What made it worse was the que inside for the cloak room; this would have added to our wait but we decided to keep our coats on as it was approaching midnight. We got served drinks quite quickly and proceeded to the garden sofas and sat underneath the heaters. The next thing which was not too great is that the venue closes at 2am So ideally we only have 1 hour and 45 minutes to talk and get to know each other more. In the future the venue needs to let people who pay the full £20.00 entry fee in as soon as possible and the venue needs to be organised. Whilst waiting to be let inside we kept on being told that it was overpacked from the event earlier eventhough we were in the que shortly after 10pm. Wasn't what I was expecting, paid £473 for a table which is fine for 20 people, I had 4 people who were turned away because of the No ID policy which is fair enough but then when we got inside the space dedicated to us was still to small for my group which resulted in some of my other guests leaving early. The music was not what we were expecting either, couldn't really dance to it or get into the vibes for it. However I can say that the Waiter we had for our table was really good and very accommodating. Probably won't return their again. Beautiful setting. I think this club is best to go to in the summer with amazing outside terrace space and exotic flowers and flamingos! Very special for a birthday although it is expensive be warned!

Really, really fantastic night at The Roof Gardens. Winning a prize on Facebook is one thing but reveiving exceptional, VIP service really was the cherry on top of the (27th Birthday) cake! You really must change the DJ. He couldn't properly mix songs as well as use very old songs. The night was not fun enough! Expectations for the club were high... visited The Roof Gardens on 07 Jan 2017

The food was not very good (I had the beef) as it lacked flavor and the dessert was a very lame apple pie. The musicians signing at the tables was the best part. Our waitress was very accommodating and gave excellent service. Overall the quality of the venue did not match the quality of the event. visited The Roof Gardens on 21 Dec 2016

It was a lovely dancing night but we would prefer to hear the song as they come without the DJ's interpretation. We were waiting for Christmas songs as it was a Christmas party but there were no Christmas songs. The staff and place were very nice. visited The Roof Gardens on 21 Dec 2016

Service from the bar was amazing but the food was really average. The starters were better than the main meals. All the steaks were dry and tasteless. I do not envisage us returning to this venue again. The entertainment last year was ten time better than this year - it was bland and boring and they didnt get people involved. It was a very bad experience. We were a group of 5 and was on guest list for 10pm. We were on line from 10pm as confirmed by guest list but they made us stand in line almost an hour before they opened the door. It was cold outside! It's disturbing that they are treating guests like cattle! Music and crowd was not good - entry £20, cloak room line was another half hr and they lost my £1000 Burberry jacket but another half hr later they found it! Another guy lost his expensive cigarettes and another his scarf) Needless to say 2hrs standing in line (btwn cloak room and entry) for a night out is a horrible experience! Overall good experience, however... 1 hrs in queueing up despite being on the guest list because of not understandable opening hrs policy was somewhat disturbing.
