Dear Tony, I was really sorry to read about your recent experience with us and to hear that we were not able to welcome you and your partner to The Roof Gardens. Just to clarify, we do operate a strict ID policy whereby guests of all ages (though of course you do have to be over 21 to visit us) hoping to visit the Club are required to show a valid passport or driver’s license. We do advise all guests of this on our website and when they make a booking with us, so I was sorry to hear that you were not aware that valid photo ID would be a condition of entry.
