Red Dog Saloon is a hugely popular, chilled out American restaurant & bar snuggled on the edge of Hoxton square. Expect US-style bison skulls and gas stop signs mounted on the walls and your food to be served to you on traditional diner trays.
The saloon has an award-winning smoker imported from the USA to recreate the effect of original fire pit cooking techniques. They also use traditional American woods to give a full smoky flavour and the meat stays in the smoker for up to 16 hours. Feast on huge pulled pork sandwiches with mac and cheese or take on their intimidatingly named 'Devastator Challenge'.
They also have a cute basement bar and a small outdoor patio area for some pre-dinner watermelon martinis or bourbon-infused milkshakes.

A word from the chef:
arbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky taste to the meat. The process could take many hours, leaving the meat tender and juicy.
