Have you heard the one about the 2 ultra-runners and their skiing sidekick who had a kebab shaped dream?
Over lots of long runs, a few even longer afternoons in the pub, a garden takeover at We Brought Beer & an epic kebab eating mission to Istanbul – the dream became a reality & BabaBoom was born.
Together they've spent over 30 years working in food - from Delhi to Johannesburg, the Alps to Tuscany, and of course London. They love real food, big flavours, cooking over fire (they're cub scouts at heart), outdoor adventures and doing things the right way.
Their pillow-y Persian flatbreads are topped with hearty portions of higher welfare charcoal grilled meats & their punchy vegetable sidekicks. They love combining Middle Eastern flavours with quality British produce & serving you generous plates of food all day long from downright delicious brunch to late night feasts.
