Popping-up in the heart of Shoreditch and curated by Meredith Collective, the month long Nordic extravaganza will be a Christmas experience like no other for Londoners this December.

Nordic Yulefest 2016 will take place across two candlelit caverns: the Disco Room and the Feasting Hall…

 - Looking for drinks and dancing with festive nibbles? Take your Yule Smack cocktail and dance the night away in the cosy nooks of the Disco Room where our enchanting Games Host will challenge your luck on the Woodland Wheel of Fortune and other festive games. Food platters are available in the Disco Room all night.

 - Looking for a seated meal with entertainment and all the festive trimmings? Take your seat in our Feasting Hall and get your ‘hygge’ on with a five course banquet of delicious delicacies including Barbecued reindeer and fermented blackberries, Roasted and smoked duck with apple & prune, Pickled herring tempura & dill mayo, Smoked Norwegian beef tartare, Torched mackerel and so much more. Dancers will provide mid-meal entertainment and all feasting tickets get automatic entry into the Disco Room.

SATURDAY FEASTING (£85.00) - first seating is 6.30pm - 9pm

SUNDAY BRUNCHING (£80) 1:30pm-8pm

(Five course rolling feast with half a bottle of wine and admission to the after brunch Scandi disco)

ENTRY TO THE SCANDI DISCO (£8) 2pm-8pm

*We offer meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan option on all our menus  - please let us know your dietary requirements. 

*If you are with a group but are booking your tickets individually we will alway do our best to ensure that you are sat together  - just let us know and we will do the rest

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight (WFL Media Ltd) and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.

Very particular and original event hosted in an old station building near the City of London! I went there for a party with friends, and I have to say that the food was delicious! The atmosphere was spectacular, It seemed to be in a chalet in some Scandinavian or Finnish country, not in UK. We had a great time! I recommend this event to all.

Booked tickets for the Sunday session (18th Dec) for 7 of us for our yearly christmas meet up, organised well in advance...the company cancelled 4 days before by email and did not bother to follow up with a phone call and still awaiting a refund (am told 3-6 days). Not a very professional company and out of pocket on the week before christmas... wouldn't recommend!

Great decor - a proper winter wonderland. Really enjoyed the pop up and staff were fab. Would've done the meal but thought it was a little overpriced! More dates next year please! availe visited Nordic Yule Fest on 17 Dec 2016

Fabulous festive atmosphere, brilliant nordic decor and the staff, ballet dancers, ice queen and DJ were totally amazing. Great fun experience and although food portions were small, we all had a fabulous time. Highly recommend!!! Pauline visited Nordic Yule Fest on 16 Dec 2016

A lovely festive wonderland! Really looked amazing and the ballet dancer and ice queen were brilliant! Disappointed at how little food you get on a platter though, we even had extra as 2 people dropped out last minute but it was still minimal! Average at best and a little oversold! We didn't see any Woodland Wheel of Fortune game and the other 'festive games' seemed to consist of throw the flower head garland onto the antler horns. The cost of our 'fanciest' ticket also didn't seem worth it. £31.50 for entry (£8) a cocktail (£10 or even worse a glass of Prosecco at £6.50) and food (at £12) - that doesn't seem to add up or be of any benefit. Absolute scam and waste of money and of course they won't refund you! By no means enough food for a big group and the service was horrendous!!!! DO NOT GO EVER!

The venue looked beautiful, the staff extremely helpful (they managed to create a space for our large group last minute) and the food and drinks were delicious, although we could have done with a lot more of the food. Understand it was a busy evening but for a group of 18 the food supplied was no way near enough. Despite this, we all had a fantastic night and I would definitely return. The venue was very nicely decorated, but it was not even remotely worth £80. It was basically empty, despite being told that it was sold out. My party of 7 received as much food as the other two parties, which consisted of 2 and 4 people. There was no after brunch Scandi disco. A beautiful evening- great decor and atmosphere. It was a tad confusing where to sit as there were Christmas parties coming and out as well as a variety of areas reserved. They also got my dietary requirements wrong three times...

Nice setting with some semi interesting in-theme characters wandering about. Good for a work Christmas party but not worth the £8 entry fee if you are just going casually with mates, as you don't get anything for your money except nice decor. We were excited to see what the new larger venue would bring, having been to the original Yulefest a few years ago. This year we went on opening night, and it was even more magical than the original - candlelit, comfortable, spacious AND cosy (I don't know how she does that..) The venue is beautiful, with lots of nooks and crannies (and sleighs) to explore. Party games have a Nordic twist, the sprites are even naughtier (and who else's Christmas party has sprites, ffs.), and the food was delicious, course after course. Remember, feast means feast at this place. Plus, photos with a bear. How cool is that?

We went on Saturday night. The space worked, the vibe was fun but hyggelig, the mead was warming, the staff were friendly, the food was delicious. We had a great night out.

We went on Sat night. What a fantastic venue and atmosphere!! It was really enchanting, atmosphere was great, we were fully entertained. Check it out soon before the pop-up finish this year!

What an amazing venue. My friends and I were completely stunned by how beautiful Nordic was. The food was delicious and the staff were a pleasure to talk to- we absolutely loved it!

what a fantastic start to the holiday season... I always know I am in the right place.. if I can see Meredith.. she puts on a great party and her Christmas Nordic Yulefest.. was no exception.. wonderful drinks on arrival.. and a feast of truly epic proportions.. Loved the magical feeling created at the Nordic Yulefest. I was not feeling the festive season before I arrived but the event has helped me get in a very festive mood. The smell of the pine trees was wonderful and the enchanted forest decorations were imaginative. The ballet dancers were a lot of fun to watch. I loved the different dishes created for dinner. Made a great change to normal dinners during this season. A cheeky hug with a bear to end the night :)

Amazing venue and decorations, lovely atmosphere and good cocktails, but it finishes at midnight, and was not clear from the event description! We arrived at 11 and less than one hour later bar was closed and we had to leave the place!!! Also the music selection was a bit too chilled for a Saturday night. Nordic Yulefest is an enchanting, fun & unique evening. The host Meredith has pulled out all all the stops to create a truly magical culinary winter wonderland! The decor was amazing creating a winter cavern where Narnia meets Nordic, the food delicious & plentiful, the music fun, the entertainment was great too with beautiful dancers & a fun wheel of fortune game! Not to mention the alcoholic snow! Go if you want to celebrate the build up to Christmas in a unique way. It certainly got me in the mood for the festive season!

What an Amazing night out! If you are looking for somewhere a bit different with a great ambience and tasty food , not to mention the free flowing wine, this should be on your list. Meredith is a great host and we had a fabulous time. Highly recommended!

Really loved our evening at Nordic Yulefest - the attention to detail is meticulous and the atmosphere they create is nothing short of magical. Great ambience, great venue, great music and the food was spectacular. We went for the full nordic feast and weren't disappointed. It's so much more than just a venue and a meal - it's a full-on, magical experience in the enchanted forest. So much to look at and experience. Would wholeheartedly recommend. It's one of those nights out you'll remember for years and years to come.

i love the NORDIC YULEFEST!!!! if you wanna have a party, this is the place to bring your friends!! the ambience is both intimate and fun, very cozy, all at the same time. probably one of the most creative events in london at the moment! i tried the feast the other day, and the food was amazing!! the duck, the potatoes, the venison, still can't get them off my mind. the ALCOHOL SNOWSTORM was massively cool!!! only meredith bespoke can cook up such a crazy cool thing! the games, everything all just feels christmas. so i decided to bring my leaving-see-you-later drinks there last night, and the place was even cooler than the last time. the performers were fantastic, perfect to the little details. thank you so much, meredith and team, for taking care of us, for a stunning job! xx

Decided on Yulefest at the last minute as the venue for some reunuion/Christmas drinks. The place looks amazing- absolutely blown away. Great DJ and drinks kept our party going until close.

As both a massive Christmas geek and someone who likes to hang out in an enchanted forest I flippin' loved Nordic Yulefest. The attention to details was seriously impressive - the whole venue looks like you're in a Nordic cavern, the smorgasboard with reindeer skewers and proper meatballs was just ridiculously good. When I got in the sleigh with a glass of mulled mead (who knew?!) I felt like I was in a secret sheepskin wonderland. There's also a rustic photobooth with a giant bear, a rather fabulous woodland creature who told our fortune and played massive jenga with us. There were even ballet dancers - they have thought of everything! It's a very fun, friendly place and is pretty much how I always want to spend my evenings in December. Get down there!

A last minute decision to attend with our main client instead of our usual Friday night haunt. The Food was mind blowing, the creativity in the space was wonderful, but overall, it was the courteous and attentive staff that made the evening, not just for my party, but for everyone, unusual to see so many genuine smiles, will be back.

Sorry Kev, what pictures? We only opened this year's Nordic Yulefest two days ago and haven't released any official photos of it yet...to keep the magic a surprise for everyone. Are you sure you were at the right venue? Nordic Yulefest is breathtaking, so do pop by :-)

murder fest...parading dead animals around and they are happy about it. if you care about animals or just have basic human emotion, don't go here

In true Scandinavian style Nordic Yulefest is filled with gorgeous sheep and reindeer skins, and of course our large bear, who is our mascot and appears every year. However, we would like to reassure you that this is all ethically sourced from reputable suppliers and the much adored bear is an antique piece. And of course, if you love animals, our wonderful spaniel Pheobe, is always on site to spread the festive puppy love :-)

It is incredibly important to us that our clients feel comfortable and respected, so altercations of any kind cannot be tolerated. It was unfortunate that we had to ask you to leave our beautiful venue. I hope you understand that we cannot tolerate abusive behaviour towards us or our clients. An absolutely amazing evening out! A real london gem for anyone that likes Christmas or Romance! I would thoroughly recommend getting yourself down there and dive through the wardrobe into a real life London Narnia!
