Our chefs team brings a simple approach to the kitchen, taking the fuss out of cooking and allowing the seasonal British flavours to do the talking.

Keeping the focus on classic cocktails with a quirky twist or two, signatures like the After a Walk in the Forest and Hays & Plums are served alongside a range of wines and champagnes.
