So I\u2019ve been really comfortable with my body from a young age. However, when I began developing, obviously things began to change &#8211; but I was always taught to embrace the change. So the earliest I can remember becoming completely content with my body was around age 15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_2\">What is true happiness to you?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">True happiness to me is waking up everyday with a purpose and fulfilling that purpose, regardless of how big or little it is. Continuing this cycle always keeps me aligned and keeps me pushing towards my goals which is where total bliss sits for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do you practice self-love?<br><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I practice self love in so many ways! I have little mantras that I tell myself all the time, I exercise regularly, love to eat well, practice breathing work and always remind myself to never compare! I\u2019ve spent way too much time stressing over things that are simply out of my control, or not worth stressing over! It just isn\u2019t worth it at the end of the day, and everything will eventually work out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_5\">How do you use your social media platform for good?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I love being transparent with my social media platforms. I think it\u2019s so important to show the highs and lows in life and to never portray something that you\u2019re not. I have some really great days, and some really not so great days, and I love sharing all of that with through my social media. I believe this helps viewers of social media realise that not everything in life is sugar coated and everyone goes through the same struggles. It\u2019s a real turning point for your mental health, when you realise that it\u2019s not just you and that there are so many other people out there that you can relate to.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"mce_6\">What would you like to see happen in the modelling\/fashion industry?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I would love to see the modelling and fashion industry continue to evolve!
