\nJust out of the city is the newly opened Flip Out trampoline just behind The Etihad Stadium. It’s got trampolines, a mini ninja warrior course, laser rooms, a slide which even I’m too scared to try and other activities to get stuck into. Perf for a rainy day. <\/p>\n

\nWanna get your bowl on? Score a strike at Dogbowl in the Oxford Road district of the city. They offer breakfast if you’ve got a heavy head from the night before and the intimate setting is great for a date or with the gals. <\/p>\n5. Inflata Nation<\/h3>\n
\nBasically an adult bouncy castle. New to the Manchester scene too, located in Trafford Park, it’s the UK’s first inflatable theme park and has ball pits, slides and challenges to have fun with. <\/p>\n
