We get the 411 on what an average day looks like as a Junior Graphic Designer.<\/p>\n<h3>My alarm goes off at\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>7:30 but I&#8217;ll sometimes snooze until 8:00 if I\u2019m feeling lazy (everyday)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>I start my day by\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>Catching up with the team and grabbing breakfast before checking my emails and workflow to see what we&#8217;ve got on for that day<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>I\u2019m responsible for\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>Any sort of artwork needed whether that be for digital or print. From social media posts and emails to internal notices and billboards<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>The best thing about my job is\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>I get to be creative everyday. We\u2019ve had some pretty great parties but I think working on a parcel magazine and seeing that go to print was pretty special<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Advice I\u2019d give to someone getting in this industry<\/h3>\n<p>Don&#8217;t be afraid to ask questions<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-40979\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thefix.boohoo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/megan2.png?resize=513%2C646&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"513\" height=\"646\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thefix.boohoo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/megan2.png?w=513&amp;ssl=1 513w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/thefix.boohoo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/megan2.png?resize=238%2C300&amp;ssl=1 238w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 513px) 100vw, 513px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>An average day goes a lil\u2019 like this\u2026<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>9am<\/h3>\n<p>Quick trip to the Attic for a cup of tea and maybe some eggs and avo on toast if I\u2019m feeling like treating myself<\/p>\n<h3>11am<\/h3>\n<p>I\u2019ll probably be well into a project by now, it could be anything from an email to social media stuff<\/p>\n<h3>1pm<\/h3>\n<p>Gym time and a quick lunch<\/p>\n<h3>3pm<\/h3>\n<p>Unless I have an ongoing project, I\u2019ll normally be working on something different by this point<\/p>\n<h3>5pm<\/h3>\n<p>Trying to get all my jobs from the day tied up or making sure I\u2019m ready to carry on with them in the morning.
